In 2001, he graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise, majoring in "Jurisprudence". In 2019, he received the degree of candidate of legal sciences, specializing in criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law. Since 1996, he worked in the prosecutor's office. For sixteen years in the Kirovohrad region. From September 2010 to June 2016 — in Kharkiv region. From 2017 to 2020, he engaged in advocacy, worked at the Aver Lex firm. At the beginning of 2020, Babikov became the first deputy head of the State Bureau of Investigation. In this position, he investigates the shootings on the Maidan in February 2014 (Heavenly Hundred). Since 2023, he has been working at the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure. The author of scientific articles devoted to problematic issues of investigative activity, procedural management, criminal and criminal procedural law. Works |
