She has two higher education degrees. In 2016, she received a Master of Laws degree with honors (specialization in Theory and Philosophy of State and Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv) and a Bachelor of Philology (specialization in English translation, Kyiv National Linguistic University).
In 2020, she defended her dissertation on "The Principle of the Rule of Law in International Lawmaking (Theoretical and Legal Aspects)" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
In 2019, she became the winner of the DAAD Eastern Partnership grant program, under which she conducted research for a month at the University of Konstanz (Federal Republic of Germany).
In 2023, she completed a two-month research and teaching internship as part of an academic grant "La UMA con Ucrania" at the University of Málaga (Spain). During the internship, she conducted a research on "Protecting Gender Equality in the EU Member States through the Administration of Constitutional Justice: Future Challenges and Prospects for Ukraine" and held a series of guest lectures on the peculiarities of the development of constitutional law in Ukraine. She was awarded a certificate of participation in the XX Congress of Constitutionalists of Spain.
She is the author of 35 scientific publications on topical issues of legal theory and comparative constitutional law. She teaches such disciplines as "Administrative Law" and "Information Law" in English.
He successfully combines his research activities with building a career in the civil service. Since 2022, she has been working at the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a chief specialist of the International Cooperation Department. In September of the same year, she was a member of the delegation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and delivered a speech at the X Summer School "Interpretation of the Constitution in the Context of Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms" organized by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey. The topic of the speech was "One Nation? One Language? Human rights in the language sphere: Ukraine's experience". Since June 2023, she has been appointed the person responsible for the scientific and legal component of communication with the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission).
