In accordance with Clause 3.4 of the Regulations on the Training of Higher Education Candidates for the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science Degrees at the National Aviation University, approved by Order No. 279/od dated 12.07.2023 and according to the Order of Acting of the rector of NAU dated 18.01.2024 No. 65/st. "On the organization and conduct of professional scientific and pedagogical practice", postgraduate students of the second year of study of the Department of Criminal Law and Process of the Faculty of Law Oleg Adamenko, Andriy Bakhmach, Oleksiy Kovtun, Maria Soroka in the period from February 5, 2024 year until March 3, 2024, underwent professional scientific and pedagogical practice.
During the internship, the students of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education learned: to freely present and discuss with specialists and students the results of research, scientific and applied problems in the field of law in national and foreign languages; competently reflect the results of research in scientific publications in leading international scientific publications using the rules of academic integrity; to deeply understand the general principles and methods of legal science, as well as the methodology of scientific research, to apply them in one's own research in the field of law and in teaching practice; professionally carry out scientific and pedagogical activities in higher legal education and apply modern educational technologies of higher education.
The reports of graduate students were heard and approved at the meeting of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure (Minutes No. 3 dated March 4, 2024).
According to the results of scientific and pedagogical practice, the applicants received such competencies as: the ability to use modern information technologies, databases and other electronic resources, specialized software in scientific and educational activities; the ability to carry out scientific and pedagogical activities in higher legal education and to apply innovative educational technologies of higher education.
