On April 27, 2020, members of the Scientific Society of Students and Postgraduates attended an online meeting with the scientist-administrator Roman Melnyk. This event was organized by the Committee of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights.
At the online meeting with Roman Melnyk, important issues and problems of modern administrative law were analyzed. Attendees learned the essence and features of modern administrative law. The problem of the existence of remnants of the Soviet system in the administrative law of independent Ukraine was discussed at the meeting. As a researcher, Roman Melnyk answered questions that interested students in the field of the theory of administrative law: how theories are created, whether there is a single correct theory, which is adhered to by all administrative scholars, etc.).
