On July 12, 2019, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine hosted a roundtable on "Theory and practice of establishing legally void acts", attended by scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Criminal Law and the Law Faculty.
Opening the event, the Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law and Human Rights of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Natalia Shaptala noted that the topic of the event is not only interesting but also timely and timely.
The Chairman of the Association of Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine retired, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Ivan Dombrovsky noted the relevance of the topic of the event and its importance in the context of the development of science and practice.
Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Retired, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Volodymyr Campo presented to the participants of the event a report on the topic “Legally void acts in constitutional law”.
Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Process at the Law Faculty of the National Aviation University, Anna Rybikova, Candidate of Law, presented a report on the topic: "Legal expertise as a tool for detecting legally worthless acts". "The legal science, the legislator, the legal practice pay the most attention to worthless transactions," the speaker emphasized. She noted that certain problems arise in the matter of the invalidity of individual legal acts, but most of the questions, in the opinion of the scientist, concern the invalidity of legal acts.
Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Process at the Law Faculty of the National Aviation University, Candidate of Law, Attorney Natalia Semchuk focused on the problem of the invalidity of individual legal acts. It focused on the problematic issues of nullity of normative legal acts that extend to an indefinite number of persons, as well as individual legal acts that extend to individuals. Natalia Semchuk spoke about the interim acts concerning the rules of internal labor regulations of a certain body of government and the rules of reception of citizens.
During the roundtable, the participants discussed existing issues and discussed a number of issues related to the theory and practice of establishing legally null acts.
