On April 18, 2019 students of the academic group PR-101 of the Faculty of Law, led by mentor Liudmyla Shapenko visited the Botanical Garden named after Academician O.V. Fomin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
This event was organized on the eve of the International Mother Earth Day, which is celebrated annually on April 22, in order to enhance the environmental literacy of the younger generation and educate them of a lean attitude to the fragile and vulnerable environment of our planet.
During the excursion to this beautiful and notable sight of Kyiv, students were able to get acquainted with unique collections of plants, visit the garden of the blossoming charming magnolias, which was founded in 1976 and which includes more than 150 relic giants of various varieties, as well as stroll through the alley of flowering brushes of forsythia, that create a unique atmosphere of spring awakening and allow you to feel the boundless potential of your native land.
