November 21, 2013 Ph.D., Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Process of Law Institute Inna Roschina and students of PR-304 and Olexandr Tolkach and Ivan Grynyuk in high school № 318 "Millennium" held in Kyiv for the 11-th class open lecture on topic "Criminal protection of rights and legitimate interests of minors in Ukraine".During the event high school students indicated that the protection of children's rights in Ukraine is provided by means of criminal law, which include, firstly, differentiation and individualization of criminal liability and punishment of persons under the age of majority, and secondly, a more severe penalty to persons who have committed a crime against a child.
