May 23, 2013 for students of Law Institute it was held meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Mikhail Tsurkan the topic of the lecture became:"Administrative proceedings: current state of the legal provision."The meeting discussed the regulation of modern administrative justice system through the analysis of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, laws and other legal acts, the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the operation of the administrative courts. Michael Tsurkan during the report identified the location of administrative justice in administrative law and the basic principles of its functioning in a democratic transformations in Ukraine, and raised the question of the historical development of administrative justice and global models of organization. During the lecture the students asked questions that were reasonable response highly specialist, reinforced by statistics and generalization of judicial practice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. Students meeting the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine gave the students valuable experience combining theory and practice, science and learning process, has allowed a better understanding of the problems that are facing our society in the field of lawmaking.
