On May 18, 2023, in Faculty of Law held meetings of the sections "Transport, Land and Environmental Law", "Economic Law and Process" in accordance with the work plan of the VI International Youth Scientific Legal Forum for Science Day.
Graduates of higher education Anna Kononenko, Yuliya Ryabokon, Anastasia Tyubai gave interesting reports at the section "Transport, land and environmental law". The students paid attention to the accession of Ukraine to the visa-free transport regime and to the electronic waybill of the European Union, compensations for rescheduled flights, and the impact of Russian aggression on Ukrainian aviation.
In the speeches of Sofia Havva, Valeria Duving, Anna Shchurikova, Bohdana Litvinchuk, Alina Senko, and Vladyslav Yemets, which were heard at the section "Economic Law and Process", the main problems of economic and economic-procedural law were voiced. The speakers noted the need to improve economic contractual relations, economic and legal responsibility, the procedure for providing evidence and proof, additional legal regulation of bankruptcy procedures and the debtor's status under martial law.
After the presentations, discussions took place in both sections with the participation of students of higher education and teachers of the department of economic, air and space law. The results of the discussion and scientific controversy are the basis of the adopted resolutions. Abstracts of the announced speeches are published in the collection of forum materials.
