This exhibition was held for 3rd and 4th-year students with the participation of Natalia Razygraeva, Director of the Center for Competence of the Internet Address Space.
During the event, students got acquainted with monographs, textbooks, and periodicals, which reflect the content and purpose of the legal regulation of intellectual property in Ukraine and the world, as well as other legal problems that copyright and industrial property law face today in the context of informatization.
For a better understanding of the issues raised and the deepening of students' knowledge, a specialist in the field of intellectual property Natalya Razygraeva presented a lecture, the main issues of which were: methods of protecting the rights of website owners and rights to the content of web pages, means of combating infringers in domain disputes. The speaker supported her presentation with case-studies from her practice, which helped the students to learn the basics of regulating legal relations in the Internet space.
The materials of the exhibition and the report of the invited speaker contributed to the acquisition of new knowledge by future lawyers on the problems and peculiarities of the development of the institution of intellectual property in the context of globalization and also helped them to realize the importance of respect for the rights of other parties in relations with objects of copyright and industrial property law.
