October 29, 2020, in the educational laboratory of methodological support of the educational process of the Faculty of Law, an exhibition was held on the topic: "Modern problems of intellectual property law in the context of globalization", dedicated to modern challenges in the field of copyright and industrial property rights. It was shown for fourth-year students with the participation of the co-founder of the CSA Academy of Cybersecurity of Georgia, Vladimir Svanadze.
During the event, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves in detail with monographs, textbooks, teaching aids, and periodicals that disclose the issues of legal regulation of intellectual property in the context of using the relevant objects on the Internet and protecting the rights of content owners, as well as other legal problems and trends in the development of law intellectual property in Ukraine.
Besides, the participants' perception of problematic issues of the topic and ways of their solution was strengthened by the lecture of Vladimir Svanadze, during which modern means of ensuring the protection of rights to the results of creative activity, preventive protection of the rights of authors of works in the digital environment, cybersecurity, the fight against cybercrime, piracy and other offenses in the field of intellectual property.
The materials of the exhibition and the report of the guest contributed not only to deepen the knowledge of future lawyers on the regulation of intellectual property in the era of globalization but also to the awareness of the important role of copyright and industrial property law in the system of regulators of relations arising in connection with creative and creative and technical activities.
