To celebrate the 141 anniversary of the birth of the famous fighter for Ukrainian statehood, Andrei Livitsky, the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Professor Yuri Kunev and Associate Professor Irina Ustinova held a patriotic educational online event.
The purpose of the event was to familiarize students with the biography, professional and political activities of Andrei Livitsky, a public and political figure, lawyer, president of the UPR in exile (1926-1954 pp.).
At the suggestion and active participation of a 2nd year student of the Faculty of Law, Maria Zemlyanikina, a modern presentation material was prepared. During April, students had the opportunity to personally get acquainted with interesting and little-known facts of the life and work of Andrei Levitsky, one of the first lawyers in Ukraine in the first half of the 19th century. The material was posted on the classroom platform in the discipline of Administrative Law ( https://classroom.google.com/c/NjYxMDY5NTYxNTha).
Studying the contribution of Andrei Livitsky to the development of Ukraine as an independent state, students realized the difficult path and difficult history of Ukrainian statehood.
