Celebration of the International Day of Human Flight into Space (Cosmonautics Day) by first-year students of the Faculty of Law |

To mark April 12th, the World Aviation and Cosmonautics Day, a memorable date dedicated to the first flight of Yuri Gagarin into space, in April 2020 the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, among first-year students of the Faculty of Law, held a competition of presentations on topic «Outstanding Ukrainian Cosmonauts and Pilots». Six first-year academic groups of the Faculty of Law provided preparation and submitted creative works-presentations to the Competition. The competition was organized and conducted by the department on the Google Class platform, access to which was provided to all first-year students of the Faculty (link). The presentations of the freshmen turned out to be informative, interesting and creative. They covered the biographies of prominent Ukrainian cosmonauts and pilots, examined in detail the history of aviation and cosmonautics of Ukraine, their prospects. All students actively got acquainted with the presentations, evaluated them through their own Google Classrooms. The Accounting Commission consisting of the Head of the Department Yuri Pyvovar, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department Iryna Tolkachova and Yulia Yurynets summed up the results, which determined the winners of the Competition: I place was awarded to Diachyshyn Maria and Palamarchuk Victoria (PR-101), II place to Baranovsky Yakov (PR-106) and III place - Kononenko Anna (PR-105).
