On January 28, 2020 an exhibition to mark the Day of Unification of Ukraine and within the framework of implementation of the Plan of educational work of the Faculty of Law for 2019-2020 in the educational laboratory of methodological support of the educational process was hold on the theme "Towards freedom and independence".
The event was attended by scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Law, as well as a researcher of the history of Ukraine in the context of European and world development trends - Assistant Professor of the Department of State History and Law of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Associate Professor Dmytro Kuras.
During the exhibition, future lawyers had the opportunity not only to view the scientific and teaching publications presented, which cover the theoretical and practical aspects of Ukraine's independence and unity, the problems of its territorial integrity and spiritual unity of the Ukrainian people, but also discuss the history of the reunification of the UNR and ZUNR, the role and importance of this unifying process of Ukrainian lands for the formation of an independent state.
At the end of the meeting, Dmytro Kuras emphasized the need to realize the ideology of the sobornist and national identity of Ukrainians as indispensable components on the way to establishing independence and preserving a unified and indivisible Ukraine.
