At the end of November 2019, Assistant Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty of Law, Olena Makeieva organized a vocational training in a specialized school for foreign languages № 220 in Kyiv and Golosiyev Lyceum in Kyiv, 241 dedicated to International Human Rights Day and All-Ukrainian Law Week.
In the course of events with students at a specialized school for in-depth study of foreign languages № 220 in Kyiv, a thematic conversation was held on the topic: "International and national human rights standards", during which students learned about human rights, their history and documents, which were they defined by.
During the meeting with students of Holosiivsky Lyceum № 241 in Kyiv, an educational conversation was held on the topic: "Legal consciousness of society in the context of European integration", which outlined the role of legal knowledge of young people in the context of European integration processes in Ukraine.
At the end of each meeting Olena Makeieva spoke about the benefits of studying at the Law Faculty of NAU and invited for the Open Day, which will be held on December 12, 2019.
Such career guidance events shape students' legal awareness and help them navigate in the world of legal professions.
