On November 21, 2019, students of the academic group PR-304 of the Faculty of Law together with their mentor Yulia Iyrunets visited the National Museum “Memorial to the Victims of the Holodomor”.
This is the only museum in the world dedicated to the genocide of Ukrainians. The Holodomor-genocide is one of the largest crimes in the history of mankind, because the actions of the Soviet regime aimed not only at killing by hunger, but also at the destruction of culture and Russification of Ukrainians.
The chronological distance from the Holodomor is currently constantly increasing, as well as the number of people who are exploring this important page in the history of Ukraine.
Carrying out such events teaches to resist hatred and violation of human rights, warns future lawyers about the crime of genocide by accumulating and disseminating knowledge about the Holodomor.
