The Faculty of Law hosted the presentation of the collective monograph “Jurisprudence in the information space”, published abroad (Ontario, Canada).
The current state of information progress requires the constant development of statehood and the legal system. And this, in turn, requires the rethinking of scientific ideas and provisions that define the general theoretical laws of the state and law in the context of their development and improvement. At the same time, law not only serves as a mean of formalizing and managing globalization processes, but also significantly affects them. 29 scientists involved in research in this area took part in the writing of the monograph.
“The study of any issues related to the transformation of legal phenomena and processes in the modern information space is extremely relevant today” – said Irina Sopilko, Dean of the Law Faculty.
The collective monograph discloses the main directions and prospects for the development of legal science and practice in the modern information space.
