On September 25, 2019, 3rd year students of the Faculty of Law, together with the associate professor of the Department of Commercial, Air and Space Law, Nadezhda Zagrisheva, visited the Pechersk District State Administration in Kiev.
Representatives of the registration department conducted a training lecture on the topic: “Overcoming the problems of raiding by establishing control over the registration actions of business entities”. Students learned about measures to overcome raiding at the state level, statistics, types of raiding and ways to prevent such a phenomenon.
The holding of such an event allowed students to draw conclusions about the need for global systemic changes, such as changing the concept of state control over the scope of registration, improving the mechanisms for judicial review of property disputes, increasing the efficiency of law enforcement agencies in investigating raider attacks, introducing the institution of officials' personal responsibility for committing violations and the like.
