During September 2019, students of the academic groups PR-105, PR-206, PR-306 of the Faculty of Law, accompanied by mentor Oksana Myronets, made a walk through the Volodymyr Hill, and visited the glass pedestrian-bicycle bridge.
Students learned that the foundation of the park monument of landscape art of national importance, which today is 16.9 hectares, took place in the middle of the XIX century. The origin of its name is associated with the construction of the monument to Prince Vladimir on the mountain in 1853.
Also, future lawyers have walked the nearly 212-meter-long bridge between the Volodymyr Hill and Khreshchaty Parks, which opened in honor of 2019 Kyiv Day.
Having made an excursion to the historical part of Kyiv, contemplating its beauty from a height of 32 meters, law students reflected on the eternity of our people’s cultural heritage, the intransigence of its traditions and values in times of world changes and high achievements of science and technology.
