Associate Professors of Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of Law Faculty Olha Husar and Iryna Tolkachova took part in the international scientific and practical conference “Development of legalscience: mechanisms of choice and implementation of priorities”, held in the town of Snina (the Slovak Republic) in the castle of Countess Theresia Van Dernatkhiv.
Paneuropean University, Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation, Slovak Public Organization“Lex Pro Omnes” and Uzhhorod National University were co-organizers of the conference.
The conference was devoted to the celebration of the 5th anniversary of foundation of the Visegrad Journal onHuman Rights – the first international law edition within the countries of the Visegrad Group. The event was solemnly opened by the mayor of the town of Snina Ing. Daniela Galandová. After all greetingwords, the main part of the scientific event began i.e. the speeches of the participants, who presented the results of their own research. Participants of the conference were lawyers from Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, who are engaged in research in the field of human rights.
At the end of the event, participants were provided with collected reports, certificates of participation in the international scientific event and memorable gifts from organizers of the conference. The main objectives of such events are improving the quality of education, developing intercultural exchange and training future qualified specialists.
