The faculty of law trains highly qualified specialists. Full implementation of training involves the use of a complex of modern educational and methodical publications. One of the effective methods of teaching is the use of reference lecture notes.
During 2018, research and teaching staff of the law faculty were published in the lecture notes on academic disciplines: "Theoretical bases of qualification of crimes" (Lihova S. Y.), "The Theory of evidence in criminal proceedings" (Lantsedova Y. O.), "International space law "(Bezzubov D. O.), "Actual issues of securities and stock market" (Armash N. A.), "Problems of labour law "(Vishnevetsky S. V.), "Civil contracts in banking" (Yamnenko T. M.), "Administrative law "(Sopilko I.M., Goncharuk S. T.), "International law" (Radzivil, O. A., Pivovar J. I.), "Legal conflictology" (V. Cherevatyuk).
The basis of the teaching system with the help of reference notes of lectures is the combination of three principles of classical pedagogy, which ensure success in the teaching system: accessibility, strength, visibility.
By the end of the academic year, it is planned to publish lecture notes from other academic disciplines.
