On December 6, 2018, in the framework of conducting vocational guidance work, the professor of the department of constitutional and administrative law of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute Alexander Radziwill conducted legal lectures for students of 11 classes of the general secondary school № 69 in Kyiv on "The Importance of Jurisprudence in Information Civil Society».As Alexander Radziwill noted, the development of civil society in Ukraine is responsible not only for the European choice of the Ukrainian people, but also for a global shift in the nature and quality of international relations, which are carried out directly in private law communication, enabling the population of most countries of the world to share knowledge, experience and other information through communication networks. "The international community supports these changes, which is reflected in particular in the adopted Okinawa Charter of the global information society of July 22, 2000 and the Declaration of Principles of the United Nations General Assembly" Building the Information Society - the main task of the new millennium "of December 12, 2003. ", - said Alexander Radziwill. During the course of the lecture, the preconditions for forming the idea and main characteristics of the modern understanding of civil society in Ukraine are discussed. At the end of the event there was an active discussion about the problems hindering such a development, and the importance of the development of communication tools to overcome them.
