On October 31, 2018, students of the 4th year of the Educational and Legal Law Institute together with the Director of Legal Consulting "Legal Clinic" Maxim Dibanem attended the court session of the Sixth Appeal Administrative Court of Kyiv.Judge Tatyana Vivdichenko spoke about the right to appeal, the form and content of the appeal, the limits of review by the court of appeals of the decision of the court of first instance, the procedure for proving the actual grounds of the appeal, the conditions for admission to participate in the court session, and the form of expression of respect for the judge and justice. In addition to the aforementioned, it became cognitive for students to carry out an analysis of the regulatory framework that regulates the review of decisions of the first instance court in appeals, identifying the main issues arising in law enforcement practice, the peculiarities of reviewing court decisions in appeals, coverage of practical experience in the administration of justice by appellate courts and ways of its improvement, taking into account the current conditions for reforming the judicial system of Ukraine. Special interest in students caused the consideration of administrative proceedings on the complaint of the Main Department of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies to the communal institution of the Bila Tserkva City Council "Bila Tserkva City Hospital №1" on the application of appropriate response measures. In conclusion, the students expressed their sincere gratitude to the judge Tatyana Viddichenko for the opportunity to attend the court session and to deepen their knowledge of the practical application of the procedural legislation of Ukraine.
