September 18, 2012 in the Legal Institute for master students 5 year 502 gr. was conducted lecture on "Practice of citizens of Ukraine to the European Court of Human Rights' Judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Natalia Blazhivska.Natalia Blazhivska told about the organization of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv and the peculiarities of the case in the European Court of Human Rights, in which she repeatedly held internships, to masters. Natalia Blazhivska told in detail about procedure for citizens of Ukraine to the European Court of Human Rights has analyzed specific cases and judgments in favor of the citizens of our country to masters. She paid particular attention on regulating the implementation of the European Court of Human Rights, and explained, for which authorities citizens of Ukraine can challenge government inaction that do not implement the decisions of the European Court.
