On November 07, 2017, the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and the Process of the Institute of Educational and Legal Studies Igor Diorditsa held a vocational guidance work among the students of the 11th form of the secondary school №270 of Desnianskyi district of Kyiv in the form of a legal lecture on «Judicial reform in Ukraine» and students 11th form of the secondary school № I-III №259 of Kyiv in the form of a legal dialogue on the topic «Victimic behavior of minors».The problem of reforming the judiciary in Ukraine today is urgent, as the most important prerequisites for the development of civil society must be quality, stable legislation and effective justice that can really provide a reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state, in order to eradicate tyranny and lawlessness.
