The experience of Ukraine and the EU on ways to ensure economic, informational and entrepreneurial security of economic entities in the aviation transport sector has become the main topic of the roundtable organized by the Department of Economic, Aerospace and Law of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute on October 25, 2017 with the participation of: Matera Nikolai, Chairman of the Kiev regional organization of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine; Petkov Sergey, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, Kiev International University; Shapovalov Boris, Ph.D., Associate Professor, President of the Police Association; Dmitry Bugayka, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department of NAU, instructor of ICAO; Aleksey Sherstoboyev, advisor to the Chairman of the State Agency for Electronic Governance of Ukraine; Yury Yoshin, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Economic, Administrative and Constitutional Law of the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine; Vodolaskova Yekaterina, Ph.D., leading specialist of the tender and contract department of the State Enterprise «International Airport Borispol»; Pugachev Alexandr, the teacher of information technologies of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of the Kiev Optical and Mechanical College of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University; employees and students of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute of NAU.Within the framework of the round table, the presentation of the monograph «Administrative and Legal Mechanism for Reducing Legal Risks in Coercion Measures for Executive Bodies of Ukraine» (I. Sopilko, N. Armash, D. Bezzubov), underlined the importance of reducing legal risks when applying state enforcement executive branch in the aviation industry.
