June 13, 2017 in the Educational and Scientific Law Institute a significant event took place - the authors' team, in which the Institute's employees, well-known scientists from other universities, practice lawyers presented the Scientific and Practical Commentary of the Code of Administrative Offenses, edited by the Doctor of Law, Professors S. Petkov.
The publication is an updated version of the Scientific and Practical Commentary of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which details the timing and phenomena used in the Code, discloses the provisions of by-laws that the law refers to, takes into account the latest changes to protect copyrights and responsibility for military Administrative offenses. A distinctive feature of this Commentary, which will be a real discovery for scientists, is the presentation of the full text of the Administrative Code with the names of articles and chapters that have lost their force. Such information is useful in the process of investigating the genesis of domestic delictology. The publication is designed for a wide range of users: lawyers, researchers, students of law schools and citizens who use legislation to protect their rights and legitimate interests. During the presentation, there was a lively discussion about the prospects of administrative responsibility, the vision of a system of legislation and stages of law-making in Ukraine. At the end of the event, further steps were identified for the work of the Institute's scientists on legislation - in the plans of the authors' team for writing a commentary on the Air Code of Ukraine.
