Criminal liability of minors |

09 December 2015 students of the research of the Law Institute of Vladislav Kolomoets, Galina Ovda and Victor Svyatnenko took part in the round table on «Juvenile Criminal liability», which was held in secondary school №72 in Kyiv.During the round table students focused students on the issues of criminal liability of minors. They noted that, in accordance with article 10 of the criminal code the criminal liability of persons who commit an offence have reached the age of 16. Persons who have committed a crime at the age from 14 to 16 years shall be criminally liable only for murder, deliberate infliction of bodily harm resulting damage to health, rape, theft, robbery, malicious or particularly malicious hooliganism, intentional destruction or damage to state, collective property or individual property of the citizens, which entailed grave consequences, as well as for intentional acts that may cause accident train.
