November 14th, 2015 Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Process Educational and Research Institute of Law Nazar Malyarchuk with students group PR-302 for high school students of school № 173 (Kiev) held a lecture on "The system of courts of Ukraine."
During the sessions the questions about the formation and the development of the judicial system in Ukraine as an independent branch of government entrusted with the main task of the state - the administration of justice. Students together with students discussed the structure of the judiciary and the separation of the system of courts of general jurisdiction and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction. At the end the high school students with the help of the presentation of the National Aviation University in more detail acquainted with specialties, institutions, university faculties, as well as to hear the reasons for the selection and training of the prerogatives in the NAU students directly from the Educational and Research Institute of Law.
