March 24, 2015 scientific and teaching staff of the Department of Economic Law and Procedure held a thematic exhibition on the theme of "International Commercial Arbitration in the conditions of European integration".
Due to rapid development and specialization of international economic exchange as an international commercial arbitration is growing. The advantage of arbitration is primarily in the fact that it provides an affordable, accessible and faster, unlike the judiciary, the procedure for dealing with disputes. Significant enough positive point is that the parties can form the tribunal that reviews disputes and decides that promotes confidence of the parties to the arbitrators and their competence. Despite the fact that the parties to the dispute are foreign persons, is extremely important advantage is the ability to agree on mutually acceptable terms of production. It should be noted that the production in the arbitration shall be confidential, as opposed to the publicity of the trial, is it a distinct advantage. During the exhibition, head of the department Roman Shyshka was conducted organizational and informative talk on the issues, kotorst introduced the concept of the term "arbitration", the concept of international arbitration of commercial disputes. There were also analyzed the theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of commercial relations in the integration process. Professor of the Department Valentina Kozyreva conducted an informative conversation with students about the arbitration agreement, which essentially legalizes private justice, and its mixed nature (unity procedural and contractual elements) does not cause irreconcilable disputes. During the exhibition, the students got acquainted with the educational literature that explains the legal regulation and the development of international private relations, which leads to a constant increase in the number and types of international business relations, which are common in nature.
