March 14-15, 2015 in Poltava, a round table "Problems of implementation of subjective rights", was co-organized by the Department of Economic Law and Procedure Law Institute of NAU. In addition to representatives of the Department participated in the conference, scientists Research Institute IFR them. Acad. F. Burchak - Doctor of Law, Professor Vladimir Luts and Nikolay Galyantich, Doctor of Law, Professor of Khar'kivs'kiy National University of Internal Affairs - Evgeny Michurin and Svyatoslav Slipchenko, heads of relevant departments, Professor Vladimir Croitor and Alexey Zaytsev, and as scientists of Zaporozhskiy National University, Poltava Institute of the National University "Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise."During the roundtable discussed a wide range of subjective rights, implementation and protection of the rights of man and citizen. Criticized the existing approaches and formed a doctrinal position on the presumption of freedom of exercise of subjective civil rights and civic duties. Defined institutional approaches to individual species of subjective rights, in particular, on the scientific activities (R. Shishka), housing (N. Galyantich), public tenders (A. Zaitsev), family law (V. Kozhevnikova), transportation (V. Samoilenko), sports (N. Tkalich), copyright (S. Yasechko, N. Trotsyuk), the formation of business structures (V. Cochin) of economic activity (V. Malishko), countering monopolies (V. Kozyreva). Separately stated on the timing of subjective rights (V. Luts), restrictions on the right (E. Mitchurin), the right to protection (V. Croitor).
