November 24, 2014 Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Law Institute Victoria Timasheva held a lecture-discussion on "Intelligence as a means of existence and society" at secondary school № 26 of Solomyansky district of Kyiv.
The purpose of the professional orientation event was to prove students that intelligence that unlike mind is inherent to man only and is no alternative means of preservation and continued existence of our planet. Intelligence is described as a common capability, the system of mental mechanisms such as information, adaptive and regulatory activities is the ability to effectively solve problems, learn to use the experience to solve problems, adapt to society. It is a factor in the success of training and successful learning - one of many displays of intelligence. According to Victoria Timashev, training is an important factor in the development of intelligence and its structural components in the event that it develops mechanisms of intellectual activity. One of the main conditions for effective teaching activities are research and practical application of teacher knowledge the nature of intelligence, the characteristics of its structure and patterns of intellectual subjects of educational process.
