She has two higher educations. In 2009 she received a master's degree in law, with honors. In 2010 she defended her dissertation on "Ensuring the cultural rights of citizens by means of administrative law" in the specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and process; finance law; information law. In 2014 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of Constitutional and Administrative law. In 2017 she defended her doctoral dissertation on "Europeanization of administrative law of Ukraine in the field of protection of cultural rights of citizens" in the specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and process; finance law; information law. In 2019 he was awarded the academic title of Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law. Author of more than 280 scientific and scientific-methodical works, including 11 monographs, 70 articles in professional publications, author of methodical works of various levels (textbook, workshop, training programs), including the manual "Constitutional Law of Ukraine" (for English project), works are indexed by scientometric databases: Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, etc. She was awarded Diplomas of the Faculty of Law of NAU for significant achievements in their field, high professionalism, active participation in research, public life of the institute and university and the Day of Science of the Faculty of Law. Laureate of the prize of Academician PP Mykhaylenko "For scientific research in the field of jurisprudence", winner of the Competition of the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs for the best scientific work named after V.V.
